Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items (original packaging) within 14 days of purchase date for a refund. Any correctly supplied part which is returned will have a 15% handling charge but any carriage charge paid by the customer when originally purchased will not be refunded, the customer will also have to send the items back at their cost. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
(Please note any courier related reasons for return still will have a 15% handling charge on correctly supplied parts as courier delays are out of our control and any damaged items will have a part swap offer but any cancelled orders due to damage will also have a 15% handling charge)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Stocked Items
Whilst we endeavor to stock as many items as we can, it is impossible to have every single item and part available. Order in items will not be dispatched the same day, please allow 2-3 days. If there are any problems with deliveries, we will inform you as soon as possible.
